Woke up to no hot water yesterday morning, contacted our plumber who, late morning, inspected the heater ( Dux, Gas ) and said it was a faulty unit. He contacted local Dux agent and Nathan from Hot Water Maintenance was here within a couple of hours. He confirmed fault, fixed and we had our hot water back within a couple of hours. All done within an afternoon. Fantastic Service and all completed under warranty. Could not fault anything. Would recommend Hot Water Maintenance and in particular Nathan who worked in the rain to help us out.
